SUMMARY Surf Cottage 3 is our 2-house offering with a premier location just 1 block to the white sandy, swim-friendly Pacific Ocean & world famous Ocean Beach Dog Beach! These 2 single family homes are located in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from dining, shopping & attractions. Features include a total of 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms (Maximum occupancy 8, 4 adults max), SMART TV with cable, A/C, BBQ, dog friendly (unfortunately no cats), & 2 fully fenced yards. \*Note - No parking included, there is street parking nearby. INTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS These charming single family beach homes are lined with natural hardwood floors throughout and plenty of windows that allows lots of natural sunlight! The main living areas feature a Smart TVs, plush sleep sofas, dining nook & fully stocked kitchen. Each home has 1 bedroom which includes 1 Queen bed each & 1 bath (enclosed shower). EXTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS Enjoy our RARE large fully fenced yards, perfect for Fido! There is a large patio behind each home with a BBQ, dining set for 4 plus additional seating & outdoor shower.
