Staff were super friendly Breakfast was good Room rate was good Will stay again for sure

I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews however I ended up having a great stay! The room was spacious and pretty clean aside from some carpet stains but that's nothing I care about. The room has a heater/AC which I was a big fan of. I heard absolutely no noise from inside the hotel, the highway is nearby however it wasn't loud enough to bother me and the heater drowned out the noise. The bed was firm but not uncomfortable, I do wish there was a spare blanket in the room as I...

Breakfast was better than i expected, really small gym but overall a good hotel to stay at.

New, clean, spacious room with kitchenette; nice warm breakfast, friendly services; we had a very comfortable stay here.

Great hotel

staff went way above and beyond to help us find places will book there always...i was so impressed our stay there was perfect from breakfast to staff and comfort

Pool, friendly staff, close to restaurants, easy access off highway, close to various shopping, 30 minutes to premium outlets

The hot tub was perfect for my back pain.

As frequent traveller, we have noticed that you guys that body wash is missing from the amenities, went to front desk and inquired about and got told and a sarcastic way we do not have it and he slammed over the counter a two pieces of bars soup, mind while the housekeeper told me to go to the front desk and asked for it. Is not if the got it or not is the attitude to make a difference. But in the other hand you guys have a wonderful front desk who’s checked us in, she is so wonderful and listen...

Very friendly front desk - super welcoming

Our stay was very enjoyable!

Had an awesome stay. Staff was super friendly, especially Tracy and June.

They put on a hot breakfast with lots of variety. The front desk employees made you feel welcome. Only complaint we had was that the toilets are still the low rise and not good for seniors.

This hotel was a great value. The room was large and bed was comfortable. Everything you could possibly need. We stayed on the 4th floor and it was very windy that night, so could hear things banging around during the night. Otherwise it was very quiet considering it was close to the freeway. You cannot hear other guests as the walls are concrete. The complimentary breakfast has everything you could possibly want, including make your own waffles, scrambled (or cold boiled) eggs, various meats,...

Very peaceful, quiet setting, cozy accommodation, with hiking trails close by and great access to surrounding area. Nice little breakfast with friendly hosts. We’d go back : )

We have stayed at the hotel before and have always enjoyed our stay. it is nice to go for walks in the area rain or shine. We were in room 122 this time and prefer this location and its balcony. (1)The one negative is the height of the bed. Oh My God!! I could hardly get up on it...it is too high for any normal, in shape, active person. If there had been a step stool(2) it would be okay but as it exist, it is not good...FIX THIS before someone injures themselves. (2)There is only one...
