« My husband, dog, and I had a beautiful, relaxing stay! Thanks for opening up your home to guests. We enjoyed paddle boarding, walking around the pond, the fire pit, hot tub, and reading with gorgeous views. We weren’t expecting to feel so close to nature but we loved hearing the frogs at night, seeing fish jump, and we even spotted a deer. Truly a lovely getaway — we hope to be back in the future. « We planned a short getaway to Friday Harbor with our two small children. I booked the room with the garden terrace not quite knowing what to expect. WOW! Although we felt a little awkward with the kids (most people staying there at the time did not have kids), we were very warmly welcomed by the staff.
