Salesopolis Vacation Packages

am writing to formally complain about the treatment I received during my check-in. When I arrived at the reception, I was informed that the hotel did not have the room I had reserved because it was overbooked. In addition, my reservation was changed to a one-bed room, even though I had booked a Triplex Luxury Bedroom. I had to contact Expedia USA to resolve the issue. The hotel staff took approximately five hours to address the problem, and it was only resolved after an Expedia representative from the United States contacted the hotel directly and I provided receipts confirming my original reservation. I believe the hotel treated me disrespectfully and failed to honor my confirmed booking and my rights as a guest. This situation caused significant stress and inconvenience during my stay. Specifically requested an accessible bathroom for my 89-year-old mother, including support rails, a large door suitable for wheelchair access, and safety features in the shower area. Unfortunately, none of these facilities were available. The bathroom did not have support rails on the walls or floor, making it unsafe and extremely difficult for my mother to shower. This was particularly concerning because of her age and mobility needs. I am disappointed that the hotel was unable to provide the accessibility accommodations I had request. had to request five times before the bathroom was cleaned, the bed sheets were changed, and the floor was cleaned. This level of service was unacceptable.

El Hotel es excelente y la atencion del personal optima. Las camas y ropa de cama de excelencia. Toallas muy buenas. Todo lo que contratamos se cumplio de manera optima. El hotel cuenta con taxis a disposicion de manera muy rapida y cuyos choferes son muy amables tambien, El hotel se encuentra en una zona residencial, segura y con movimiento y excelente accesibilidad. Parques a 1 cuadra, Galerias de arte, y comercios, Shopping Higienopolis hermoso y de nivel, Restaurantes, Heladerias y Cafes. Ideal para una estancia comoda, placentera en San Pablo. Volveremos sin duda.

Worst hotel ever

Amazing staff, super helpful and incredibly friendly, and best customer service you could ask for. Being a visitor from the USA, I thought it was really nice how many of them went out of their way to greet me and converse in my language, and give me advice about the area. The room itself and the amenities were wonderful, the area felt safe and once again the staff was top of their game. 10/10 would recommend!!!
