"Hot tub didnt work lines were horribly long for breakfast none of the ice machines wokred and the hide a couch bed was broke would even close back up this is the worset embassy suits i have ever been to i would of b3en better off getting a cheap motle and they probaly been cleaner"

"I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too bad to ignore. The customer service at this hotel was consistently terrible. Every time we needed something simple—like towels or toilet paper—there was no one at the front desk. Instead, there was often just a bucket with a handwritten “I’ll be back in 5” sign, while an employee stood outside on her phone. It was frustrating and completely unprofessional. The biggest issue, however, was cleanliness. On the second night of our stay, my son found bed bugs crawling on the wall. That alone is a huge red flag and completely unacceptable. We tried to report it immediately, but once again, no one was available at the front desk to address the issue. Even checkout was a problem—there was no staff present, so we had to leave our room key at the desk and just walk out. The “free breakfast” was also disappointing and clearly reflected its price—very low quality and not worth it. The only positive thing I can say is that the location is convenient, especially if you’re visiting Six Flags Over Texas. Unfortunately, that’s not nearly enough to make up for the lack of service, poor cleanliness, and overall bad experience. I would not recommend staying here. "

"Location is convenient to the airport, but not much else, so if you don’t have a car you will be spending a lot of time in Ubers. There was a lot of trashy stuff stored outside the room window. The included breakfast buffet was pretty good, with custom made omelets available."

"Check in went well. Front desk was very nice. My room was in the west wing where they are still revamping the rooms. Very quiet area. Clean room. Very comfy bed and pillows. The refresh of this hotel is a positive. Cons: I did wait 45 mins for the van. However, in saying that I probably just missed it and the recording did say it takes about 20 mins from hotel to airport. Unless you specifically call the front desk to let them know where you are, I’m not sure if they know to stop at every terminal to see if anyone is there. Maybe they need to change the procedure for pick up. The other thing is that the pool is in the foyer. It’s very loud, so if you want to have a drink at the bar which is right there, don’t expect it to be relaxing. Lastly, on check in and check out we did have to wait for someone to show up. The desk isn’t always manned. Overall I would place this in my top 5 places to stay around the airport. Great value for money. "
