I booked this property because I had a flight at 5:30 AM and saw they had "24h shuttle service." I got there and was perfectly satisfied with the hotel. Honestly a good deal. I spoke to the front desk person at night. Told them I needed a shuttle bus around 3:30. They said "ok no problem we run all night." Showed up the next morning at 3:35. The front desk person looked mad. He said "you are late!" I said "Sorry were you waiting for me?" He said no the 3:30 shuttle just left. Nobody had explained to me that the shuttle ran on a schedule (every half hour). And now I was going to have to catch an Uber. It's ok nobody is perfect... But I told the front desk person: "you should let customers know that it runs on a schedule..." He Started yelling at me that I was late and they done nothing wrong and it's not their job to inform customers about anything... I walked away as he was yelling at me... I was just trying to give him advice on how to do better business (it's very clear that the owners are new at this and the hotel just got bought. There are lots of other unprofiessional things, like the restaurant messing up orders, the "24h gym" being closed... But it's ok, I'm a business owner too people can learn. I figured they are trying thier best.). This man had a serious anger issue he was taking out on me. I hope he gets put in a different position at the hotel as he is clearly unfit for costumer service.

Both indoor and pool was so dirty you couldn't see the bottom. Garden was littered with old beer and wine bottles and dirty towels. The continental breakfast was very good but started a little late.
