"My friends and I had a great stay at this quaint house that’s full of character! Quick easy drive to Sunday River. Plenty of beds to sleep in which is great after a long day of skiing. We particularly loved the heated floors in the kitchen. Seth is very responsive and went above and beyond for our stay! "

"We had a very enjoyable stay. If course the weather cooperates. The place was clean and easily accommodated different age groups and activities. The pond was clean with loons entertaining. Plenty of towels, dishes, and kitchen more than adequate for food prep."

"Very well restored home (from late 1700's) in a great location. Lots of room to spread out. Wonderful views. I suspect it would be even better in the summer and fall for a family. Easy winter drive to the Jordan or South Ridge; truly 5 minutes."

"Great time. Very relaxing. Dogs even swam in the farm pond. Wonderful views and centrally located …but quiet and peaceful. Only downfall is stairs are steep. Had to carry the dogs up and down. Regardless … we'll be back!!"
