"Breakfast excellent. Room lovely and spacious and air conditioning fantastic. Plenty of towels and the pillows were exceptional. Sadly our oldest son got food poisoning on our last night (probably from the park food) which was a shame. "

"Generally, entire experience was good. I wish the rooms had AC and actual windows, not the shutters. A couple things I did not like: I left the do not disturb sign all days I was there and 2 of the days housekeeping still went in the room. One of those times we were just waking up. Another issue I had was the late night reception guy was not very friendly and seemed bothered by our presence in the bar/restuarant area. One of the nights there was a man at the bar talking to him. This man inserted himself into a conversation that was a misunderstanding between my husband and the attendant. He was rude and it took me great restraint not to tell him off. The restaurant staff was nice during breakfast hours. And the day attendants were also very nice. "
