Great stay! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The check-in process was very flexible, with no time restrictions, which was extremely convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and available 24/7 to provide assistance whenever needed. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was great, with plenty of options to start the day off right. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended!

The hotel front desk staff was not very helpful. We had issues with the air conditioner and it was not fixed. Breakfast was good and having a restaurant on premises was also nice. The rooms were ok but one room we stayed is the ceiling looked like it had mold. It is also a bit far from the main Rome attractions.

We enjoyed this property as a quick overnight stay. The bed was comfy. It was quiet. We got checked in early without a fee. Food was good. The breakfast buffet was amazing! We would return.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel as a family of four. The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was a bit hit-or-miss, but everything else was great. We especially enjoyed breakfast on the beautiful patio each morning. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful with the shuttle service and luggage storage. I highly recommend this hotel if you don't mind staying a little farther from the city center. It offers great value and a pleasant, comfortable experience.

Comfy, clean rooms, good breakfast, restaurant and bar areas, The location is a bit out of the city centre; however; they offer a shuttle to the closest Metro station, which is very convenient. Be aware you need to book in advance for a specific time, but you might have to wait and even call to remind them you are waiting at the Metro Station to be picked up. It was my case, though. I booked more than 1 hour in advance, waited for more than 30 minutes, texted twice on the WhatsApp number and called as a last resort. The total waiting time was almost an hour before the driver finally arrived. Apart from this situation, my stay was good.

We stayed at this hotel as a group of nine and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding. The complimentary shuttle picked us up from the metro station and was always available whenever we needed a ride back. We had an early check-out, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared packed breakfasts for us to take along. They also arranged our taxi to the airport, which made our departure completely stress-free. During the hot summer days, we really appreciated that complimentary bottled water was always available in our room and at the reception. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff truly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, and you won't be disappointed!

The food at the restaurant was outstanding. The extra blankets were the softest i’ve had in all of europe and the first comfy bed we encountered. Amazing A/C. The staff is there for every need.

The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast selection was great. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The free shuttle to and from the nearest metro station was the best part — super convenient! The only thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi connection, but overall we had a really good stay.
