Annarita was very helpful with accessing the property and explaining how the property works. Also, very helpful with suggestions of local restaurants and suggestions of things to do. All in all a very lovely property with easy access to the rest of this beautiful city.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
DO NOT BOOK!! Firstly the host was a waste of time. Sent me 2 links with access codes of which neither worked so was left on the street with my family at 7pm whilst they “sorted” it. After 2 hours of waiting and numerous chats via the messages on hotels.com as did not want to give me a number to speak to them hotels.com had to get me another hotel as they were also unable to get the codes. This was also a 2 hour process! The access gate to the property did not work which meant anyone from the street could walk in and worst of all the main entrance door which led to all the properties did not actually work and could just be pushed open. I found this out as I pushed the door and it opened. I actually got outside the room which was clearly marked as Muggia21 but the contact number was a deadline so still no opportunity to speak to anyone. I would never recommend booking this to anyone and would advise hotels.com to take this property down as they are representing them. DO NOT BOOK!!!
