The staff was great and the location is very convenient to city center. Getting in to the hotel is 'unique' there's no sign out front just a very big door. Push the button for them on the side like your at an apartment and they will open the door. Office is on the 4 floor. Our suite was very clean, but the floor was coming in places and was easy to trip on.

This property was in a fantastic location. Very close to the Trevi fountain, lots of restaurants and a short walk to the other major attractions. The AC was welcome after a long hot day. The rooms were spacious as well. Highly recommend!

Hotel location is great, very close to Trevi fountain. The room is clean, spacious and beautiful decorated. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is at the center of historical sights, close by many restaurants The receptionist Luca was very helpful and nice. He gave good suggestions.

The location was great just a stone's throw from the Trevi Fountain. Plenty of restaurants just a short walk from the hotel. Spacious rooms with high ceilings and elevator access to the rooms. I was disappointed there was no microwave in the room or electrical outlets in the bathroom. The room did have a refridgerator however.

Very clean and quiet, despite close proximity to the crowds at the Trevi Fountain. Air conditioning works well - an essential as it was scorching during our stay. Staff were helpful. The only negative I have is that they don’t provide fresh towels. We were there for four nights and requested fresh towels, which we got once - the young man at the reception said he’d do it just this once and may have to charge extra. I’ve stayed in countless European hotels and have always been provided with fresh towels as needed so this was odd. We managed and everything else was excellent. Very nice hotel.

The location was amazing! The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The mattresses need updated and the ad on Expedia indicated 2 king beds and 2 queen sleepers. There was only 1 king bed, not 2. All in all, a nice place to dstay.
