Very nice bathroom. Check was difficult. The host wanted our travel documents before she would let us check in, very awkward start to our stay since the docs needed were in our suitcases. Could have been avoided by asking for them before we arrived. The share kitchen is not well stocked. The photos show a washing machine but hostess wanted €5 per load. To be fair it wasn’t in the listing but I assumed since I could see it in the photos that we could use it. The hostess hounded us for the visitor tax (by law to be paid at the end of the stay). She texted every single day asking for it and even had the house cleaner knock on our bedroom door to ask for it. The last issue was the camera in the common living area. Conveniently located near the Roma Tiburtina station which is where our bus dropped us off. Amd where we conveniently were able to catch the train to the airport the morning of checkout. The room was clean and plenty of space for guests. The steps were a bit of a hassle for those with mobility issues or with large heavy luggage.
