Começo pelo que mais nos encantou: o pub secreto do Orient Express La Minerva. Aquele bar escondido, de acesso reservado, é uma experiência à parte — atmosfera intimista, iluminação perfeita, coquetéis autorais impecáveis e um serviço que transforma um simples drink num ritual. Descobrir aquele refúgio dentro do hotel foi como encontrar um segredo que só os hóspedes merecem. Sozinho já valeria a estadia. E o resto esteve à mesma altura. A localização é imbatível: escondido numa piazza tranquila, a poucos passos do Pantheon, com Roma inteira ao alcance dos pés. O prédio histórico, restaurado com maestria, equilibra a alma clássica romana e um luxo contemporâneo que nunca pesa a mão. O serviço mereceu cada elogio: atencioso, discreto e genuinamente caloroso, do check-in ao concierge, sempre um passo à frente. O quarto, elegante e silencioso, com acabamentos primorosos, roupa de cama impecável e banheiro de mármore digno de revista. O café da manhã foi um espetáculo à parte, e o rooftop, com vista de tirar o fôlego sobre os telhados e cúpulas de Roma, o cenário perfeito para um brinde ao entardecer. Foi o refúgio ideal depois de dias caminhando pela cidade eterna: conforto absoluto, estética impecável e a sensação constante de estar sendo bem cuidado. Saímos com a certeza de que voltaríamos sem pensar duas vezes. Um verdadeiro cinco estrelas em todos os sentidos — Roma ganhou ainda mais charme vista de dentro da Minerva.

Experiência maravilhosa do início ao fim. O hotel tem uma atmosfera elegante, acolhedora e extremamente sofisticada. O serviço foi impecável, especialmente o concierge, que tornou toda a estadia ainda mais especial. Também fomos recebidos com amenidades muito gentis pelo nosso aniversário de casamento, um cuidado que fez toda a diferença. Os quartos são lindos, confortáveis e o hotel consegue equilibrar muito bem tradição, charme romano e refinamento contemporâneo. Foi um dos poucos hotéis da viagem onde senti verdadeira harmonia entre beleza, conforto e experiência emocional. A localização também é excelente, permitindo viver Roma de forma muito especial. Restaurantes maravilhosos e a harpa no café da manhã e jantar foram WOW! Meu único ponto de observação seria em relação ao marketing olfativo. O hotel possui uma atmosfera visual maravilhosa, mas senti falta de uma identidade olfativa mais marcante e memorável, algo que hoje faz muita diferença nas grandes experiências de luxo. Ainda assim, foi uma estadia excepcional. Bravo! Bravo! Bravo!
