The property location is the best thing about the property. The person at the desk was not very informative about amenities and what was included in the stay. We used the room to sleep. We did nothing in the hotel. The hotel needs to reinvest. The rooms have damaged equipment and blinds. For example the AC unit was missing parts. The soup dispenser in the shower was empty and the shampoo comes in little packets. The bracket that used to hold the soap is in the shower and has sharp edges. The shower itself is extremely small for a bigger person. The staff kept it clean. That was a highlight and it was safe. The entry to the room is an electronic and a code is needed so it felt safe. I have only traveled to Italy once before and we stayed outside of the larger cities. This may be a midlevel hotel in the larger cities. I do not know. In the US, it would receive a rating below average for sure.

What kind of hotel DOES NOT provide hand soap for guests??? shampoo were in little hand out pockets. Cheapest hotel ever been to, for around 200eurors a night, have the decency to provide hand soap at least and proper shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Never again

I had the experience of being in another hotels in the area, but Orange was the best. I was surprised by how well maintained the building is. If I return to Rome I will definitely try to return to this hotel.

I booked this hotel for the elevator. I am a disabled person and the hotel lift from the ground to the main floor did not work the whole time. Also, the bathroom is very small and the bathtub was super high and nothing to hold. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotellet er desværre kategoriseret som et 4-stjernet hotel - det fremstår ikke sådan! Men, prisen (godt 800 kr. pr. overnatning) er heldigvis heller ikke som et 4-stjernet hotel ... det burde vi måske have tænkt over i forbindelse med booking'en. Vi havde udfordringer med air condition og bruseren på badeværelset på første værelse vi var blevet tildelt - så vi fik tildelt et nyt OK værelse. Personalet var virkelig venlige og hjælpsomme - dét, og prisen for overnatningen, trækker vurderingen af opholdet op til "OK".

Soy un viajero experimentado por eso tengo varios puntos de comparación. Dicho esto este Hotel tiene una buena ubicación sin embargo las habitaciones son muy básicas, pequeñas, el aire acondicionado suena muchísimo. Y en mi caso la experiencia en general fue muy mala ya que se fue la electricidad por más de 2 horas y el banco de contadores estaba haciendo mucho ruido cómo si estuviera ocurriendo un fallo mayor. En ese momento temimos por nuestra seguridad y nos fuimos del hotel. En fin estuvimos menos de 3 horas y los gerenciales se negaron a devolvernos el dinero y lo peor fue que nos cobraron cómo si nos hubiéramos estado por las 4 noches. No les recomiendo el hotel a menos que quieran tener una de las peores experiencias de viaje en su vida.

O hotel precisa de uma reforma. As instalações estão deterioradas pelo tempo, apesar dos lençóis limpos e a limpeza de banheiro. O hotel é muito bem localizado e precisa ter suas instalações atualizadas, como energia (faltou luz, o quarto tem só 1 tomada para carregar celular), os móveis estão velhos, persianas quebradas, a porta do quarto não tem trinco por dentro, o ar condicionado não é central, você ligar o aparelho antigo quando chega do calor, a recepção estava sem ar condicionado e Roma estava por volta de 30 graus Celsius.

Honestly? They probably advertise the hotel as you see it, and have no plans to follow through. If all you literally want is a place to sleep, do it. Don't count on the amenities, or really anything besides your bed working. A/C? Non-working unit in room. Rooftop Bar? Sure, there is one. It won't be open though. Hot tub? YES! It's there with no water in it. Wi-Fi? Don't bet on it working. Don't plan on seeing the wine glasses from those advertisement photos in person ever. They've got two plastic rocks glasses it seemed like they shared between every room.
