The hotel was in a great location for all the sites Rome has to offer and the area has a great vibe. Although the hotel was clean, our room never got cool, although staff assured us the AC was working, and both mornings the coffee machine was broken and we were told we would have to wait 20 minutes while it was cleaned. Staff were responsive and friendly, including fixing our leaky shower, but the breakfast was extremely sparse.

Entire staff was wonderful, especially the chef, Roman. Room was very nice, but the noice level could get a bit loud from the bar next to the hotel. Otherwise, great location and walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and bars.
