Hotel imperio is a perfect location if you are going to explore Rome and travel by train staff at the hotel was very friendly and polite definitely when I come back to Rome I would stay at Hotel Impero
We had a wonderful stay and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was good. My only disappointment was that the TV only had Italian stations. If you don't speak Italian you will not be able watch TV if that's your thing. We spent very little time in the hotel but before I go to bed, I like to watch something light so I was disappointed.
We stay at Hotel Impero every year. It is always a good experience. This hotel is vey close to every major sight in Rome. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent!
Room was always very clean, breakfast was great and location was the best. We did everything just walking. Hotel is very close to the Rome Termini which is to me the best place to stay in the City. When we come back to Italy we’ll certainly consider to stay at the same place.
This was a great hotel in the Monti area. Close to Roma train station and walkable to most areas. We had quad room with king bed and 2 twins which was nice. Staff were nice. We enjoyed our stay here.
Very kind staff and comfortable stay in general. It was clean, but the cleaning products have a very strong and chemical smell so they gave me a headache.
Hotel is in a good location, close to the Colosseum. Good restaurants near by and felt safe walking around. The hotel decor is bold and a little gothic. We liked it. Front desk was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was great, lots of selections.
The room is good, spacious, and very clean… the location is also very good.
The only thing is that I requested parking when I made the reservation, but they don't have any... you have to park on the street (which isn't too difficult).
Great location within a 5 minutes walk from Termini station. Spacious and clean room with plenty of seating areas in the lobby. Staff were polite and helpful. Check in and check out times were a lot better than other hotels in the area. We would consider staying here again when we come back to Rome.
Small property in a fantastic location. Only 9 mins walk from the Termini station, and nestled on a street with restaurants, bars, rooftop bars. Decent breakfast and great staff. I'd definitely stay there again

Great location, staff nice and helpful, to traditional type hotel
Staff were helpful and we were able to check in early. Room was large and there is a small fridge and a safe in the room. Room key is on a large and heavy fob and they ask you to leave at the front desk each time you leave. Front desk is staffed 24/7 and was never an issue to retrieve.
Bathroom was poorly cleaned when we got there with debris (toilet paper) in the shower and a lot of dust in the room, particularly on the lights by the bed. Shower drain was also pretty clogged and the base filled up quickly so either you needed to have a very fast shower (under 5 minutes) or needed to turn off water and let the water drain out enough to finish.
Elevator was slow and small as to be expected in an older Rome hotel but great that there is an elevator.
Very convenient for train and late checkout time was useful for us (noon). Close enough to walk to Trevi fountain and Colosseum (around 20-30 minutes)
The property is great location for shopping and some food places, it is near everywhere if you love to walk. Overall experience is great and would recommend.
We had a great stay on our honeymoon! The room was clean and they had nice big windows so if it got warm we could open them. The breakfast was good and the area was close to the train station which was super nice.
