The hotel is old. I ask for a double suit. It was a dorm with 2 twin dorm beds. The mattress were foam. Sheets were clean. That air situation was horrible. Room wasn't cold when we came in from travel. We were hot. Did realize you had to leave card in holder for it to continue to work. So when we returned for dinner the room was 100°. It took 2 hours to cool I took a cold cold shower to go to bed. We called two days earlier to tell them we had to leave for an emergency back to the states there was an illness. They charged us for 2 nights , when I called earlier they said it was fine one night. I would not use Expedia again and do not stay in this hotel the gentleman was rude and short. So happy to be back into the United States of America.

Location near restaurants and subway station was good. Room was clean and with big windows. Our room had only one small mirror inside the washroom, and the AC worked intermittently... staff helped making it work, but we had to call them twice during our stay to get it fixed.

Das Hotel ist klein und fein. Sehr sauber, sehr freundlich. Für den Preis darf man nicht mehr erwarten. Die Zimmer sind klein und beschaulich, sauberes Bad und Dusche. Duschkopf ließ sich nicht fixieren. Internet funktioniert sehr gut. Es gibt einen Aufzug in den 2.Stock, das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend, leider kein Müsli oder Rührei. Sehr guter Kaffee. Wenn ich wieder nach Rom komme, werde ich gerne wieder dort logieren.
