On arrival, there was no one at the desk ( i read later that the reception was open from 7am to 11am) when i called the number on the door, the person on the phone didn't even listen to what i had to say, he just said that the hotel was filled and he hung up. I called a second time and insisted that he came down, he actually came down and i told him that i had reserved a room,he asked me to wait for 5mins ,but it took him longer. Anyway i got a room, clean i should say, but it was so hot and the air-condition wasn't working properly and lot's of mosquitoes in the bedroom. Breakfast was included, but we didn't have any.

Pas terrible

Hotel plus que basic. Propre mais sans plus. Pas accessoire sdb un savon serait bien. Wc qui fuit, condensation dans la sdb qui mouille tout ce qui reste. Petit dejeuner dans un bar bruyant pas de place pour asseoire et un cafe croissant c est tout.

Pessimo!!!

Di per se l’hotel è molto comodo alla stazione ma non sono presenti i prodotti da bagno, almeno una saponetta lo potrebbero mettere, assenza del Fon, quindi non mi sono potuto lavare i capelli (essendo giugno è assurdo) e la doccia e il bagno si sono completamente allagati arrivano l’acqua nella camera, questo perché lo scarico non funziona! al mio arrivo ho notato acqua ma pensavo perchè avevano appena fatto la camera e invece no. Quindi sapevano del problema e nessuno l’ha sistemato. una doppia uso singola a 70€ dovrebbe almeno avere questi piccoli accorgimenti ed essere decente.

Själva hotell rum är ganska fräsch. Saknas handdukshängare och galje i skåpet. Ingång till Hotell är smutsigt och äckligt. På hissen ligger massor fimpar och skräp.

Horrível! Uma tragédia!

Chegamos no hotel às 9 da manhã e o edifício está em péssimas condições, elevador da até medo. Acho chegar no primeiro andar, a recepção estava fechada, tive que telefonar para um número solicitando a presença de alguém...quando entramos no quarto deu medo, móveis velhos e gastos, paredes descascando, lençóis furados, mofo, estava frio...o aquecedor não funcionava e não havia cobertor. No dia seguinte nos deram um voucher para o café da manha, era numa cafeteria do outro lado da rua, aí foi a gota d'água. Nos deram um café e um croissant. Na mesma hora subimos, arrumamos as malas, reservamos outro hotel e fomos embora. Uma tragédia!!!

Unsichere Umgebung (besonders für junge Frauen), keine Möglichkeit einzuchecken ohne den Portier anzurufen bzw. keine Besetzung der Rezeption, keine Ausstattung bzw Hygiene in dem Zimmer (Zigarettenasche in der Dusche obwohl „rauchfreies Hotel“). Dem Anschein nach wurde auch in der Vergangenheit die Tür aufgebrochen, da die Verriegelung der Tür demoliert war. Alles in allem kann man sagen, dass es sich bei diesem Hotel nicht wirklich um ein Hotel handelt, sondern eher als Zimmer, welches zu anderen Zwecken dient. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!

Все понравилось ,отличное расположение, уборка каждый день!,завтрак в виде кофе и круассанов включён в весьма комфортную цену проживания,хоть и вокзал в двух шагах,но ночью было тихо .нам понравилось взяла визитка для следующего раза.

Ottima posizione in vicinanza della Stazione Termini. Ingresso da un'androne comune con bella mostra di contenitori di rifiuti. Camera nei limiti del confort: buona pulizia e cambio giornaliero, tuttavia non sono presenti gli ormai classici flaconcini di bagno schiuma e shampoo (acquistati subito dopo arrivati).Letto mai rifatto; personale alla reception cortese. Colazione in un bar nelle vicinanze, piccolo e superaffollato nelle ore mattutine.

No soap for a two day stay. Desk closed at 7pm the night we arrived at 9pm, an hour waiting for a samaritan to locate on phone someone to let us in (wet from the rain). Not recomended.

Terrible stay away from it

Excellent location that's it, hotel is in a building which has about six other hotels in it is not recommend,like cockroache in bedroom, Not heating,misleading by saying continental breakfast but you get a voucher from receptionist then you have to go across the to a cafe where you are only allowed one coffee and only one croissant per person,no phone in room,no room service,TV don't work,very small shower,room needs a complete overall.

Soggiorno pessimo

La stanza senza pretese, ma pulita. La reception è al primo 1° di un Condominio metre la stanza è al 4° piano, il vano scala come l'ascensore sono a dir poco penosi per le condizioni generali e per la pulizia. Sono arrivato venerdì pomeriggio, alla sera quando sono rientrato la televisione non funzionava ed ho dovuto chiemare la reception che l'hanno riprogrammata, ma non tutti i canali funzionavano. Mi sono svegliato di notte dal freddo, mi hanno detto che l'impianto di riscaldamento essendo in condominio sarà acceso il 15 ottobre ...... assurdo Nell'armadio c'era una sola coperta insufficiente Alla mattina volevo farmi una doccia e, lasciato scorre un poò l'acqua perchè si scaldasse poi non c'era più acqua quindi mi sono lavato a pezzi con l'acqua fredda La colazione viene servita in un bar dall'altra parte della strada Il sabato sera rientro in stanza e non c'era acqua, ho telefonato alla reception lamentandomini e mi hanno detto che a Roma è così, poi dopo un pò avevo acqua e sono riuscito a farmi una doccia. Domenica mattina consegno le chievi ale ore 07,30 avendo un programma per girare la città e ritornare poi nel pomeriggio a casa e il bar dove si fa colazione era chiuso, la reception mio dice che apriva verso le ore 8,30 / 9,00. Soggiorno pessimo

Logisticamente perfetto,accettabile il resto

Soggiorno di una sola notte. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Bagno con piccola perdita di acqua dal bidet e con un po' di muffa alla parete. Ho trovato alcuni insetti girare nella stanza innocui per la carità, ma forse un po' di attenzione potrebbe aumentare il livello Delle camere.
