The property is quite old and hasn’t been updated for at least 30 years.
Staff and front desk are great and very helpful.

Good location, great staff. Rooms were cleaned every day and the staff did a great job. Tho only negative is that they could do something with the hallway carpets. They were pretty dirty. In spite of that, I would not hesitate to stay there again.
It was an amazing location. Our room was nice just warm. Our A/C didn’t work very well. The bathroom was a small layout but it worked. Biggest plus was location!
We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and maintained each day with fresh towels. The only negative was that the walls were quite thin. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and had everything you would need. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is unbeatable, right next to Spagna and a carrefour 1 minute away. Truly a stay here is excellent value for money.
The location was excellent, and the staff are amazing!!! You really can’t beat the price for the location and all that this hotel has to offer. It’s an older hotel, but very clean and fresh. Had a wonderful experience
The room was small but clean, the maid was lovely. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic but good. The room didn't have a balcony but there was a decent roof terrace for sitting out. Only complaint was the lift broke down on the second day which meant a climb to the top floor to my room!
It was conveniently located and a helpful staff. It is an older building with a very small elevator, stairs in the hallway and a step in the bedroom. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

My overall review was great!!! Perfect location, things you needed to go and visit Monumental sites are relatively walking distance. The room was good, it's quiet in the evening, even the street itself is bustling with restaurants and tourist walking. It's not crowded at all. It's pretty tucked in alley. The staff were very helpful, especially Lavinia. She's knowledgable and speak English well enough which you can converse a communication, although I should say the rest of the staff are very hospitable. You can make car reservation ahead to be pick up to and from the airport which is safer and the taxis cost the same.
My only issue was the TV, it's not working properly, were it was glitzing the first day, called in the second day and had been told that a new TV is coming and they replace it. Needless to say, after seven days, the TV was not fixed, it's still glitzing and at this point I just gave up. Do what I came there for which is going out and sightseeing.
We got one of the two top floor balcony rooms which are side by side only divided by some plants. We could not enjoy the evening on the balcony with our daughter, her husband and granddaughter because 2/3rd of the lights on the balcony did not work, the other balcony had a drunken New Yorker trying to loudly impress people, drag a couch outside, knocking over multiple glasses breaking them and talking like he was speaking to the people like a politician seeking their nomination. The rooms were good and staff was mostly helpful.
