We stayed one week this autumn. Good hotel though it’s far away from the city. The staff is friendly. The beds are comfortable. Our room had a balcony and sitting in the balcony was so pleasant in the evenings . There is a big shopping mall called Euroma just behind the hotel and we enjoyed the shopping and the supermarket was great . The food court was very good.
Only shortcoming at the hotel was the lack of TV channels which is only in Italian. A multi channel television will be good.Breakfast is good but only complaint is that most of the bakery stuff are sweet and as a diabetic I could not eat any of them including croissants.
Overall we had a good stay.
We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Cristoforo Colombo. The hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Mateo at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to try to make our stay enjoyable. We were disappointed that we were not able to stay in a balcony room, but Mateo genuinely tried his best to assist us and find a solution. We also appreciated being allowed to check in about an hour earlier than the regular check-in time, which was very helpful after traveling. Overall, it was a good experience, and we especially appreciated Mateo’s excellent customer service.
This was a nice hotel. It is not centrally located for anything “in Rome”. It is a taxi ride away for sure. We did not get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice.
Property needs to be refurbished. Toilets are very old and difficult to flush after using it.
Female staff at reception was horrible, asked for my passport and held onto it before I could make use of the pressing iron in the hotel.
Breakfast is not that great, no too many choices of food. Plus there are no microwaves in the rooms.
Dinner was perfect. The waiters were absolutely fantastic and helpful.
My room was very clean a spacious for one person and the restaurant by the pool was excellent.

First a women in front desk with Afro hair bad attitude with us, then all the front desk staff very kind, the room very small and I don’t like the location but that is my appreciation, the buffet amazing

Great reception staff, very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and decor is a little outdated, could use a refurbished, but it was comfortable nether the less. Breakfast was the highlight of our trip :)

Clean room but not a 4 star level! The hotel is actually splitter in 2 buildings: one tower with probably 4star-alike rooms, and a couple of motel-like buildings with parking and small rooms. The second is a 3star facility, to be generous. Breakfast is excellent and abundant. Primarily Italian-style, as could be expected.
This is a great property to stay in. We stayed the night before we had to depart from the Rome airport and will probably do so again in the future. The hotel is clean, the staff are helpful and the restaurant on-site is also great. Highly recommend.
+The room was clean and very nice. Staff very helpful.
Very good breakfast.
-Plastic cups for juices and tea during breakfast were very disappointing (creating plastic waste, not environmentally friendly)
The mall was literally next door. The bus stop to go to the train and then center of Rome is right in front. It was very easy to get around and poool was a great scenery
During my stay at hotel, I noticed one minor inconvenience: the entrance design has gaps between the stones, which makes dragging luggage a bit challenging.
That aside, the stay was overall enjoyable due to the high cleanliness standards and the friendly staff.

Front desk staff rude on checkin, life guard always talking with bar staff and on his phone, needed to pay for swimming cap for pool, money scam. No impact on hygiene safety, men with long beards still swimming in the pool. Property and room clean. If you need more food options go to the mall next door.
