The front desk staff were wonderful. The breakfast was okay. They have a decent selection, but very bland. The hot foods like bacon and scrambled eggs were lukewarm because they are just sitting in plastic containers. The room was serviceable and the beds were comfortable. The location is the best thing because it is a short walk to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon.

This property is well located for walking around Rome. The room is updated and has everything you may need, including a steamer. The staff was very helpful, even before I arrived, answering any questions I had. They we able to recommend places to eat and help us secure a taxi (which was not as easy as I thought). Most importantly, the air conditioner in our room was fabulous. For an August trip to Rome, I was very pleased.

This hotel is very close to the Roman Forum and Colosseum. There’s a cafe right next to the hotel. Or if you want you can include breakfast. The breakfast area is on the fifth floor up a short flight of stairs from the top elevator stop. It has hot and continental options and has amazing views of the city. The room we booked comfortably fit a 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It had all the normal amenities including a hairdryer and iron. The rooms are pretty spacious but didn’t have a lot of storage. The hallways and the rooms themselves are oddly laid out but historic buildings in Italy tend to have quirks about them and I think they made good use of the space. I never felt lost in the hallways. My only suggestion for the hotel would be to add storage and another chair if the room layout can accommodate it. Although there was plenty of floor space to just keep you luggage open on the floor and live out of that. Anyways, it actually is a nice hotel and the location is great for the colosseum/Monti side of the historic centre of Rome.

This hotel is within walking distance of all the major sites you are dying to see. We opted not to have the hotel breakfast but found a small place "COTTAGE" next door that was excellent. The room is slightly smaller but comfortable. However, be prepared that as you walk to visit the sites there is construction of a new train line and you will walk around in circles. Food options are numerous as you walk the area. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions.

Great location - get a higher room

Great locatoion near Piazza Vebezia, near many of the same aites. Had a small gym which is unusual in the area. Bed was great. View at breakfast was amazing. Expensive for a room on the first floor with a view of the street!

Great hotel walking distance to many historic sites, restaurants and shopping. Staff were very friendly and assisted with restaturant recommendations and directions. Great cafe next door also. I would just recommend carpeting in hallways and rooms to allow less noise transfer as you can easily hear anything going on in the hallways, especially when trying to sleep. I would stay again though due to the convenience.
