Room was probably excellent 30 years ago. The positives: you get a big key (not a card which will not work unexpectedly!) big room, high ceilings, near to Termini. Negatives: Really old, no tea/coffee making facilities, some mould in the bathroom, bed worn out. Double bed is two single beds joined together with a sheet on. Air conditioner worn out. staff friendly. Unexpected 60 Euro cash payment needed (tax, apparently). Positive overall but clear places to improve.
I'm a solo traveller and this hotel was perfectly located. The staff were very helpful and accommodated all my needs. The rooms were really clean, only used the TV once on my stay but you can change any channel to English speaking. The bathroom however was very compacted but worked and clean, lovely clean towels provided, mini fridge for storing water etc. Air con - this was a most when travelling to Rome in June, and the months after are hotter I believe.
All in all a fantastic short stay hotel.
Great location in Rome. Located very close to the Rome terminal. Shuttle bus wasn't available or at least difficult to get a hold of when you arrive at the airport. Air condition was great. Clean room. But Staff was inconsistent in regards to giving instructions. But overall a good experience.
This is a no-frills hotel, which would satisfy the need to get a reasonably good bed in a safe and reasonably convenient neighbourhood in Rome, at an affordable rate. Good if you go to Rome for intense, all day tourism activities. My room was clean, bathroom was renovated, space was ok for European hotel standards, good air and sun, and not noisy, despite the fact that it looked over the street. Building is 3 blocks from the Termini train station, one block from the metro station that goes to the Colosseum, and you can walk to the Forum/Trevi in about 35 minutes, if that is your thing. Overall it is a good deal if you keep realistic expectations.
Affordable and comfortable stay for price! Friendly staff and accessible to different areas in Rome. Most things are a quick bus ride, taxi, or walk away. Next to train and bus terminal. Good food around!

Close to Termini, so very convenient for transport everywhere.
Staff eere very friendly and helpful.
There were a few restaurants and cafes within 150m.
The hotel itself is a bit basic, but clean and reasonably priced.
Room very clean, some staff member very helpful and professional. Very good air conditioning.
Only one thing I did'nt like it: Return the Room keys at reception desk, every time that you get out.
Anyway, I recommend this Hotel.

It was OK specially the fact that they have 24h check-in. But I would prefer a more comfortable and clean stay.
We had a great stay at Hotel Cambridge. We were only 3 blocks from the Rome Termini station which included a Metro station. They had a small elevator which is unusual for small hotels and was very much appreciated. The front desk recommended a restaurant close by that was amazing. We went again the next night.

Good spot for a day or two. The train and metro are just a couple blocks away. Friendly staff. Maybe some new linens to brighten up the place would help!

Hotel was reasonably good . It’s about 5 min walk from termini station . A few places to eat near by and mini market too . Breakfast option was poor, better to just eat out
Great stay as a solo! Room was perfect. Air conditioned. Clean. Breakfast was good. Staff were pleasant. Close to the train station. 1hr walk to the Vatican and 15-30min to other big attractions. Highly recommend
