The room was very cool and welcoming after a long day sightseeing in the 35 degree plus heat. The hotel will hold luggage for guests who have checked out, so you don't have to run around looking for luggage storage locations. The towels were not changed, and the room was not properly cleaned. The lack of attention to these basic amenities is unacceptable. The service was also disappointing, with staff members showing little concern for guest satisfaction. Mas não dá pra ficar hospedado para uma visita de turismo. O box do banheiro não escoava a água. Virou uma piscina e só dava pra outra pessoa tomar banho quando a água baixava, o que demorava. O mesmo problema de escoamento existia na pia do banheito. Banheiro com condições bem ruins por conta desse problema. Quarto limpo, porém mal conservado, com as paredes sujas. A localização é boa se vc precisa usar a estação Termini. O funcionário que nos atendeu foi gentil, mas os problemas do banheiro nao valem a estadia.
