Over all the location is what makes this place appealing. We had the space definitely for us and children, but unfortunately the kitchen in the apartment is not functionally equipped, we had AC issue in the upper level (which was fixed/adjusted in day 2) by the team. We would give 4 stars for the location, proximity to everything and from price point.

We stayed here one night before we left Rome. They were very accommodating for my mom who couldn’t do the stairs. They lived us into a better room so she can easily access it. The room was clean and nice. The location was amazing. Highly recommend and we will be back for sure.

We stayed in the 2 bed 2 bath with kitchen and great air conditioning! The apartment was on the 3rd floor and was the only unit on that floor . The elevator was small which is expected but functional. The location was great and front desk was very helpful. I originally booked the apartment with the outdoor patio located in the annex building and the reviews and online photos where bad , I wasnt sure what to expect after changing my reservation to another apartment in the building located on the main strip, but it all worked out and we where very happy with our stay.

​Exceptional 4-night stay in Rome with my family. The apartment's location couldn't be better. After long days of exploring, coming back to effective air conditioning for a quick siesta was a lifesaver. ​Housekeeping missed our room on one day despite the sign on the door, but the front desk team quickly resolved it by providing fresh towels. Great location, comfortable stay, and responsive staff!

This property had space and several amenities such as a kitchen and laundry unit. The unit was off of a main road near shopping and restaurants. The biggest plus was it was very large and spacious. The unit had a nice large roof patio. It was clean but needs some updating. I would stay again.

The location of this place is perfect! It's centrally located in between landmarks on a busy street with shopping options, but was so quiet. The bed was comfortable and having two bathrooms was helpful with 3 of us. Alessandra was amazing to work with! She went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, even bringing us additional towels, and things were communicated well during check-in and for the entirety of our trip. Thank you for your kindness! I would definitely stay here again if i come back to Rome. Also, if you get a chance, check out Fatamorgana in Croce gelato shop nearby. We tried several places, but kept going back to that one.

Excellent location and staff very helpful, they even arranged our transfer from the airport. Kudos to them. Only issue is breakfast is advertised but when we asked it was not available, so this should probably be removed from the website. Overall very convenient location close to everything. Want to start off by saying that this hotel exceeded our expectations in a big way. We were a bit worried about some of the previous reviews left but those concerns disappeared as soon as we entered the hotel. First off, Alessandra was extremely helpful in setting up transfer from the cruise port in Civitavecchia to the hotel in Rome. The cost was very reasonable and the drivers were right on time. So, I rented two separate rooms as I was traveling with my family and my brother’s family. Both rooms were very large and gave us more than enough space for each of our families of 4. The rooms were very clean and the air conditioners worked very well in each room. The showers/ bathrooms were very clean and there were no sewerage or bad odors as reported in some of the previous reviews. The building was nicely secured from the street and I felt very safe in the area and inside of the building. The hotel is situated right in a main shopping strip in Rome and restaurants were plentiful and the food was outstanding. We were within walking distance of all of the major attractions, Vatican City, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, etc. Alessandra was able to set up easy and affordable transfer to the airport at the end of our trip without any issues. She was always extremely welcoming and friendly to my entire family. Communication was perfect as well. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I travel to Rome in the future.
