The trip was amazing, the room is eaily accessible with lift , and app to open each door. Location is perfect, allowing a walk to most areas of the city. Around the corner from the Spanish steps

Its a self chequing room, very convenient, you control your access by phone, very pleasant place in plaza Espagna, metro around the coroner, easy access to anywhere in Rome, i had an issue with the bathroom, they fix it the same day, really recommend

An excellent location however there are no staff to help you and the key system is inconvenient when you are at the end of the day and have poor phone battery left. The room was comfortable. We got up a little later one day and had no hot water to shower.

The hotel is just a few steps from Plaza de España

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. Moreover, you can stay there easily without meeting anyone. Belen at the hotel was a very kind and helpful person. She explained the hotel in detail in advance via What's Up. Thank you very much. I was worried at first, but the system was simple and I was able to stay comfortably. The hotel staff was very kind, so I could call the hotel directly if I had any questions during my stay.

Modern and just what you need

Great location to all the sites, exactly what you need to just sleep in. Door was hard to find, sign could be larger or a photo on the website could be given of the front door Heat rack was nice surprise, about to dry our clothes on it overnight. Saw a previous review saying their room let the outside noise in but the room I had actually was noise proof. Shared dining space if you wanted to get takeaway.

The room we stayed in wasn’t bad at all. But unfortunately we had problems with the AC unit and there was a horrendous smell coming from the bathroom. The shower is extremely tiny, almost impossible to be in. I will say that the staff is accommodating on answering WhatsApp quite promptly. Although it did seem that they were annoyed that I would be asking questions.

Excellent location only. There was no clear indication of the floor when we checked in, so we spent a lot of time looking for it. House cleaning: The trash cans were not emptied and water was not provided on the first day. Only one big towel is given on the third day.

Loved our stay here due to its convenience in Rome! You step out of the building and you are 30 seconds away from the liveliness of the Spanish Steps. I will say if you do decide to stay here make sure to understand how to get into the building prior to getting here. They will make you pay the city tax and then they will send directions on how to get in and out of the rooms. If you are coming international like me, internet speeds can suck in certain areas. Overall though the rooms were clean, beds comfortable and host was always available. If you are used to people doing all the work for you like a hotel in the USA this spot is not for you. If you are going to be using your place as base camp with everything you will pretty much need this will suitable.

The location cannot be beat! The room was very nice and clean and i appreciated the complimentary Prosecco! Check in was easy. Bed was comfortable and I loved my window overlooking Chanel! I also appreciated the late check-out! My only disappointment was with the service- when I messaged about a problem with the toilet, no one responded and addressed my message or the issue. After checking out the next day, I messaged a thank you and let them know toilet was still not working and I got no aknowledgement of my message. Made me feel like I was leaving so a response was low on their list of priorities?

Excellent and spacious room with a king bed, and a twin bed in the den entrance. The bathroom is beautiful with a large spa tub. The elevator is tiny and very old, but that’s really the only negative. Loved the complimentary prosecco waiting in the room.
