Keep in mind this is a small B&B very quaint. You can see the Colloseum from the corner. Across the street is one of the best one of the best restaurants around. He helped us in trying to sort out a tour with the Collosseum and was very considerate in letting us leave our luggage at the B&B for a couple ours past the check out time when our tour went late our last morning. The kitchen/ common area was lovely- well-stocked with both breakfast pastries and jam etc, in addition to a kettle/ coffee machine and all the supplemental plates and mugs. The only note is that the room is rather small so not for big families or people with lots of luggage. The rooms are clean with fresh towels everyday. The owners leave you to it and were only there on check in.
