Interesting place with numerous hotels within the one building so look for Altavilla as the street name. Some good part some dodgy like door handles falling off. But it felt safe had a great bathroom and comfy beds.

Great staff who accommodated early checkin. No shower curtain and water travelled absolutely everywhere. The bathroom door was soaked. The worst part the air conditioner stopped working between midnight and 5am. Unbearable to sleep was up from 1am. Not good for jet lag

We stayed here for a one night transfer. The hotel was right around the corner from the Termini station, which is very convenient. The staff were friendly as well. A few things we did not like and one being unacceptable. First, the bathroom shower had no glass to prevent water from splattering everywhere. Water was all over the bathroom floor, sink and even the toilet got wet. We were not provided with a floor towel, and only one toilet paper roll for 4 adults. Then in the middle of the night, the AC powered off and did not come back on until around 5-6am. The room turned into a sauna and my family and I were not able to sleep. Completely unacceptable, will not stay here again and do not recommend.

The location was great, 2 minutes from Termini station, easy to access, easy to travel through Rome from there. The room was clean, and renovated, though simple and just with the basics. Clean towels every day, toiletries, everything good. The air-conditioning was not working and during the night it was suffocating. The staff was not so helpful, the maid knocked on our door every day at 8 to clean and on our check out day literally knocked our door every 10-15 minutes to empty it, even though it was a couple of hours before checkout time. The breakfast was also less than basic, with a couple of cold cuts and some pastries, coffee was watered down and low quality. Nothing worth paying for. All in all not worth the price we paid, definitely not staying there again and NOT recommending it to anyone.

The cons... The bathroom was poor for multiplereasons. Unpleasant smell. No soap provided to wash your hands. The toilet flush button works only after several attempts. No toilet paper holder meant the toilet paper provided was damp because the tap was more the foot above basin which sprays water everywhere around the basin including the toilet paper sitting on the basin. The bathroon needs more hooks as 1 hook for a superior quadruple room isnt enough. This place doesnt have enough ventilation as water condensation drips on you from the overhead toilet cistern when sitting on the toilet. 4 guests and 4 towels with and shower mat towel provided, but no hand towel to dry your hands. The beds were double, not queen size as mentioned in the booking. Room is quite dirty, a pile of dust under the bed and ontop of the clothes dresser. The Pro's... Conveniently located. Friendly staff. Free breakfast after our first night.

Well situated hotel. Walking distance from Termini Station. The rooms were clean. The building was very old. No shower curtain in showers and water temperature was inconsistant. The AC stopped working a couple of nights. Staff was nice.

Kinda hard to find the hotel since one building has four different hotels, but the Altadomus itself was fairly good.

Stay away from this place. Our room toilet didn't work at first then the next morning there was excrement in the shower and water all over the floor. They wouldn't offer a refund but they did give us another room so we could shower before heading to the airport.

It seems like a newly renovated property. Clean, and comfy. A great base camp for all the main landmarks, food, and local attractions nearby. Termini train and subway station two blocks away. Shakil and the front office staff helped with fast check in/out. The only issue was poor entrance signage. Several properties in the same building, something that looks like is the norm in Rome downtown. It may be confusing to find it for first time guests.

Reparti sur plusieurs bâtiments, ascenseur très long, personne ne parle français, accueil plutôt froid et ancien. Le pire du pire c'est le petit déjeuner une catastrophe, le choix médiocre et pas bon. Pas oeuf brouillés ou omelette. Les jus du distributeur, des médicaments imbuvable, pas de chocolat chaud. Et tout est au distributeur a base de café en poudre. Vaut mieux prendre un petit déjeuner ailleurs surtout pour le prix !

Chambre à 4 avec 2 lits double payé 300$ Cad. L’air climatisé fonctionnait au minimum malgré que nous l’ayons diminué, pendant la nuit l’hôtel fermé l’air climatisé pour sauver des coûts, Il faisait 38 dans la chambre, nous nous sommes fâchés mais ils n’ont rien fait pour le remettre, nous n’allions pas bien, avons voulu avoir une autre chambre mais apparemment rien de disponible. Le lendemain matin le manager a remis la climatisation mais nous quittions à 7 am. Puisque la chambre donnait sur l’intérieur il ne servait à rien d’ouvrir les fenêtres. Ce fut vraiment désagréable comme expérience. Le déjeuner n’a pas été pris à cet endroit car ne semblait pas frais. Les alentours ne sont pas très sécuritaires non plus. N’y allez pas surtout à ce prix.

Localização privilegiada e ótimo custo-benefício

De pontos positivos destaco o atendimento, custo-benefício, localização privilegiada (muito próximo do Roma Termini) e há 20 minutos do coliseu. Fomos em três pessoas e ficamos em 1 quarto com 3 camas de casal e uma de solteiro, super confortável. O local possui apartamentos em uma parte reformada e outra antiga, sendo o elevador bem antigo, nada que comprometesse. O quarto e o banheiro estavam bem limpos. Como pontos de melhoria, acredito que o quarto poderia ser melhor iluminado e o banheiro poderia ter um box fechado, pois ele era parcialmente fechado, o que acabava molhando boa parte do banheiro no banho. Outro ponto de melhoria seria as frestas da porta, onde passava muita luz do corredor, que acabamos tampando com almofadas e uma cômoda do quarto. O custo benefício foi realmente bom, recomendo.
