This hotel gets 9/10 because of only a couple of small minor inconveniences; firstly no TV remote in room (but I didn't need the TV so no issue), secondly the shower head was little loose meaning it was hard to get under the water. "I've probably never seen such a tidy, nicely smelling and absolutely neat and mint hotel room :-) Also the staff was extremely and un-Czechly nice: the couple of owners personally serving breakfast and being polite and courteous! Very easy access at late arrival. The only negative point: the hotel garden was locked, I would have liked to visit it..."

"The hotel looks run down from outside but the inside lobby is clean and modern and renovated; however you have to pay attention to the type of room you are booking. The Standard rooms are still the old rooms with no A/C where the Luxury rooms are the fully renovated, modern rooms with A/C included which are worth the upgrade. All staff from front desk to dinning room were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would stay here again."
