« This home not only met, but exceeded our needs for my family’s weekend in Rochester. Communication with the homeowner was very easy and I found Broc to be very responsive to all my questions. As a result, check-in was a breeze. We found the house to be very clean and outfitted with everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood was cute and very quiet. We come to Rochester frequently. If possible, we will stay here again. »

« We stayed while my adult daughter had a full week worth of appointments at Mayo. It was so comfortable and homey. She was able to have her own space for napping. I was able to walk easily to the small grocery store. We walked to Mayo and St. Mary’s but sometimes took uber. The home was nicely stocked with high quality supplies. It was great to have pryex to store leftover food in. The owners also reached out to check on us after some severe weather. I felt very safe in this home and walking in...

« This is a lovely property. Very comfortable. Comfortable recliners. Very good mattress. So well remodeled. Spacious and nice appliances. Check in was easy. The owners were very caring. »

« Nicely updated, very clean. Great location. They do allow pets, however it does not have a fenced yard. It is a duplex. »

« Normally you expect a listing to be embellished to promote the property. This was not the case as the house was exactly as described and pictured.The host even provided small details that weren’t expected which were greatly appreciated. We had no problems and would definitely stay here again. »
