« We were very pleased with having this house to return to every day. We were here for Dr. Appointments for 1 month and this was perfect. It had everything we could have wanted or needed. « It was perfect for our family reunion. We had a gathering on Thursday evening… a memorial time for 2 members of the family who passed away earlier this year. And a pot luck on Sunday with many of the family attending. The 3 car garage was great, as the weather was a bit windy & cool, especially, on Thursday evening, so we had to close the garage door. It’s a very nice place. »

« We were contacted by host several times after making reservation. He offered assistance, information, and advice for our stay. Broc was immediately accessible throughout our stay, outstanding host. Property is five short blocks from Mayo Clinic (Methodist Hospital Campus, downtown). Area is walkable, clean, and appeared to be quiet and safe. Within four blocks of subway and skyway access. House is old, located in well established, older part of town. Modern kitchen appliances (gas cooking)....

« Awesome host’s with great communication. The home is very comfortable, must be okay with stairs. Clean, great beds, open feel with good lighting and windows throughout. Love the front porch. « The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Close main roads, etc. the hosts were very nice and very responsive. I really appreciated them setting up the portable AC unit as it got a bit warm but not horrible, I just like it very cold! They have soft water (which I love) But if you’re not used to it you will feel like the soap is not coming off! A bath mat Would be a nice addition as the tub is a bit slippery. The deck, tables and chairs were nice to sit outside for morning coffee. Quiet...

Accurate description listed, manager responsive, great communication and responded to messages in a timely manner, beautiful scenery, loved sitting on the peaceful front porch, felt safe as a lady staying alone with a swing bar door lock inside and some outdoor soft lights at night and semi- remote location, comfortable bed, outhouse clean, lightly audible nearby highway road noise - not bothersome at all, some airplane noise...
