  • Relax and unwind in this lovely updated home on a quiet street of East Rochester!

    Centrally located between Penfield and Pittsford, with quick access to 490 Expressway. Parking for two cars in driveway.

    Spring Lake Park is just around the corner with a playground for children, off leash area for dogs, plus Irondequoit Creek for anglers!

    The kitchen features a gas range and is fully equipped for at-home cooking!

    I want to enjoy your stay and won`t be onsite, but if you have any emergency please phone Cheryl at the number provided.
    NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $200 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

    Pets are welcome w/ prior approval; I kindly ask that they please stay off of the furniture.

    Please note my pet fee is $25/night/pet and will be requested about a week before your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.

Cute house in a walkable neighborhood. Our pup loved the sidewalks. The location was convenient to stores, restaurants and local sites. Well cared for property and would definitely stay again.

Cheryl was quick to respond to my inquiries and was accommodating with meeting my needs. The neighbors were friendly, and very kind. We brought our dog and took him on multiple walks daily and met many of the people in the neighborhood. The home was perfect for your gathering to celebrate my MILs 90th birthday. This was perfect for my family and our 2 dogs. The back yard was fenced in so they could safely run around. The neighbor was friendly and helpful. The washer and dryer worked great. The kitchen had everything I needed. The driveway was narrow but it is long enough for 3 cars. The neighborhood is very safe. We would stay again for sure.

Cheryl was very responsive to questions asked.The kitchen was well stocked, laundry in the basement which was great to have. Quiet neighborhood. Fenced backyard with a small patio that I would have used if it wasn’t winter with snow. Rooms were clean. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood was quiet and very family friendly. The house is centrally located to many nearby stores, restaurants and entertainment. Great accommodation. Exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Good neighborhood. Communication from the host is thorough, prompt, and friendly. The world's longest couch is very comfortable, and the backyard is great for dogs. We'll definitely revisit if we have the need. We are also intrigued by the host's other properties.

Excellent stay!

This is a great property: very clean, well maintained, quiet neighborhood, and comfortable accommodations. The house had everything we needed for the weekend stay, and the location made getting around the city very easy. Check in/out process, and communication with Cheryl was easy, friendly, and efficient. Would highly recommend!

Rochester for eclipse

Despite the cloud cover, it was Overall a good trip. House and property were as described. We found it to be clean and comfortable, with plenty of supplies. Communication with the host was excellent, with quick responses. The area was nice with easy access to Rochester and the surrounding areas. Plenty to do in the area. Hope to visit again and would stay here again.

Quaint and quiet

We rented this home for the weekend, it was the perfect size for the 4 of us. Ran into a few issues upon arrival, however the owner went above and beyond to fix them and make sure we were comfortable. There’s some wear and tear but overall everything worked properly.

Perfect Place to Stay near NAZ

House was very well appointed … plenty of space, comfortable furnishings, safe neighborhood, lots of necessities provided (toiletries, paper products, laundry detergent,even a shovel and ice scraper). Communication with owner was prompt and all house instructions clearly stated.
