Our only critiques were 1\. the apparent lack of a drip coffee maker (a Keurig and pods were provided) and 2\. some drama about the beach access steps across the street (the host warned us to use them at our own risk, but when we did so a gentleman arrived and claimed he paid taxes on that property and vented about VRBO/Airbnb hosts telling guests they could use the steps). There was plenty of space and the location can’t be beat! We had a beautiful view of the lake and were close to everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the porch/sunroom for relaxing. Directly across the street from the hidden sidewalk, where we had our own direct beach access stairs to a private beach! Views were gorgeous. The home was well-equipped with everything we could’ve needed, and he had the fridge stocked with waters and the counter with fresh-baked warm cookies! Erick is also one of the best hosts I’ve had over my years of renting! His communication and flexibility on early check-in/late check-out were so very considerate as we trekked over 6 hours by car to stay here. He checked to ensure everything was going smoothly and his check-out process was so so sooo much easier than the majority of homes I’ve stayed at. Air conditioning throughout the house made us so comfortable during the summer heat. The house was very clean, beds comfortable and my guy loved the tv in the master! Great stay and we WILL be back!
