« This property was even better than expected! Our family of seven, ranging in age from 11 - 78 years old, used this as our home base to explore the area, from Manuel Antonio down to Uvita. We fished, walked the whale tail, hiked Nauyaca Falls, and explored beaches, and the Lattice House location was perfect! We also spent alot of time at the property, between exploring the orchard, watching wildlife that visited each day, and relaxing in the pool and hot tub area, with beautiful ocean...

« We had a group of 11 adults for a joint bachelorette party. The property manager, Wil, was the most critical part of our experience—he was WONDERFUL! He went above and beyond with everything we asked for. Transfers, tours, private chef services! « Super nice place in a gated community. The pictures didn't do it justice. We had a group of four so it was perfect. Lower level had a laundry room and 2 equal sized bedrooms with bathrooms inside. Each room also had a private patio with amazing views. Upstairs had a 3rd bathroom, full kitchen, dining room, living room. The outdoor covered patio wrapped around the side of the house and has even better views. We sat out there for hours at a time. »
