"This place is wonderful. The pictures are exactly what you get. Instructions were clear and very reasonable. Cooperstown is a short, easy drive away and the entire area is beautiful. The lake is great, the views are great, the deck is great. It was rainy for most of our stay, but it just didn't matter. We just loved sitting out on the deck when it was raining and fishing when it wasn't. We're trying to figure out when we can get back here! Absolutely loved it."

"I know the local area well and this hotel is the most reasonably priced in this area. Very clean and the staff is exceptional. Our bags were carried to our room without asking for help. They accept pets which is hard to find. There is a large dining room that can be used for meetings or banquets. Highly recommend."

"Hotel is in the middle pf multiple attractions, baseball in Cooperstown and Hockey in Utica. We came for the Hockey at the new Nexus center in downtown Utica. Each time We stayed here we had a well kept room with great service. Our room was very spacious and perfectly cleaned. The room rate is far below the rates in Utica and much larger rooms. We had a great experience."
