Uma boa estadia, funcionários educados e pró-ativos. Só estavam sem serviço de lavandeira, então ficamos sem toalhas, mas de resto tudo muito limpo e organizado.

O atende da recepção foi cordial e as bebidas tinham preço acessível, porém por ser um hotel com estrutura mais antiga e bem simples acaba deixando um pouco a desejar no quesito bem-estar do ambiente. Eu não me hospedaria novamente.

Experiência horrível. Quarto cheira mofo, chao empoeirado, paredes sujas. Camareira nos acordou entrando no quarto pra fazer limpeza, atendente do comercial empático, so os recepcionista que foram simpaticos, do restante, nao indico. Hotel precisa de uma reforma urgente.

Não foi nada do que eu esperava, embora no site do hotel fala em reforma mas o que encontrei foi um estacionamento péssimo, com a possibilidade de ter que colocar o carro em outro local que eu não gostei devido a localização muito mal frequentada. Toalhas só para banho e ainda estavam tão gastas que dava para ver do outro lado. Janelas com vidros imundo e sem cortina blackout como informa na descrição do quarto que mal cabe a cama. Falta de armário, só tinham dois cabides em um suporte, a tv fica na parede lateral da cama dai vc fica com o pescoço torto para assistir , tomada de energia com fios exposto correndo risco de acidente.Tive que improvissar fronhas parz o travesseiro pois não tive coragem de por a cabeça naquela que estava lá. O prédio infelizmente esta muito descuidado, é uma construção antiga e com um salão para o café maravilhoso mas sem manutenção. O que salvou minha estadia foi o atendimento na portaria que é 24h, o banheiro foi reformado e grande, o ar condicionado super silencioso e o café da manhã bem sortido.
