That being said after the phone call took a few minutes for them to send an email with the codes. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. Would be helpful to have that on the website too (sorry if already there and missed) just to manage expectations. Room was lovely and staff very friendly and bent over backwards (special shoutout to Ruby). Young people lying around on the floors catching wifi in the hallways. Staff are nice enough but there aren’t many . If you want to sleep even a little bit Don’t Go Here. Matthew street has blaring music from noon until 330am. They actually put earplugs in your room to help with the noise. Not my cup of tea. "The double beds were comfortable pillows awful Had to change rooms for second night twin beds not large enough moved easily Pillows equally as awful . "We had a lovely stay. Our room was perfect for us….lovely comfy bed and a small courtyard where we had dinner delivered! We were lucky that the weather was very warm too. Our dogs were very happy and calm and safe there . I would happily recommend this room (2) for anyone travelling with dogs. Thank you Wynnstay and staff, you made our trip really comfortable."

"Super friendly welcome by the hosts. The room was large and comfortable and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the horses. The pub in the village was about a 5 minute drive away and was fantastic."
