There is a great walking trail along the river and what looks like a great restaurant, the Beaujolais Bistro. There is a great coffee shop next to that, both in an old, beautiful arts and crafts old house. My wife who has owned a vrbo for over 20 years and was a super host every year was impressed by the cleanliness, amenities and quality of the bed. Not sure how I missed the pet fee box upon making the reservation, but when we arrived the owner or manager next door came out and commented that we did not pay for the dog. We asked if she could charge us from her end and she said no. So we immediately went online and paid for it and told her we did. No response from her. But she did tell vrbo and we were charged twice. It took over a two weeks to get that reversed. She never told us she did charge us after all. Not even when we told her we checked out early in the morning. It was a simple mistake, that had it been acknowledged would be excusable. It is too bad that happened, because we would stay again as we through Reno often and would have stayed again. ##### brad s. Communication with our Guest Contact/Host was easy, informative, and pleasant. The location is ideal for walks along the Riverwalk and close to stores, coffee shops, Day Spas, and Downtown Reno. The studio interior was inviting and had everything we needed during our stay. The weather was pleasant so we were even able to enjoy drinks on the private porch swing. The host put much care ensuring everything was just what we needed, even including a few unexpected complementary amenities like bottled water and snacks.
