#### Great home away from home in Sparks 

We were in town for a family reunion. The home was perfect for our family and my sister's family to share after spending a busy day with the rest of the family. Living room was perfect for gathering for a movie and hanging out. Ping pong and darts in the garage was a hit! We enjoyed having the cousins share a space while we relaxed for the night.

Came for the rib cookoff with the family. I enjoyed the house so much, that i skipped the event... i had the wife pick up an order for me so i didnt miss out on the grub. Great stay. Peaceful and relaxing while close to everything.

#### Great house, great stay

We booked this home for the holidays to have an annex house while visiting family who lives in Sparks. We were quite comfortable. The beds are comfy and everyone commented on that! We had plenty of linens and The kitchen was well stocked. It’s also pet friendly and we were happy to have a secure backyard. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. #### Felt like home

We loved this house and the yard for our doggies. We stayed for almost two weeks and it felt like our second home. It was very comfortable. The neighbor hood is beautiful and quiet. House and grounds are as nice as pictured. Great place to stay for baseball tournaments at Golden Eagle Park. We will always stay here when traveling to Reno. Our host Nico deserves 6 stars! Great customer service. Thank you again!!!

#### Very nice and clean property with fantastic backyard

I was very pleased with how nice this home was. My little dogs absolutely loved the fully fenced backyard which was immaculately landscaped. You can tell a lot of work goes into keeping everything well maintained. Plus the Sparks neighborhood is fairly quiet, but it’s also conveniently close to lots of stores and parks. Highly recommend.

The house was very well stocked and supplied and very clean . Beds very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed and more . We will definitely stay again if I’m the area .
