"There are positives and negatives. The area is beautiful. The village is quiet.But, it is also isolated. There is no commerce at all and you need to drive 15 minutes for groceries.The villa itself needs some work. The toilet (and there is only one) never functioned properly.I think the owner wants to please but she did not respond in any timely way to messages. We were on an ESIM so contacting her was problematic. She seemed more concerned with her 12 page "contract" and 200 euro damage...

"Four of us spent a delightful 5 nights in Naveen’s home. It has lovely artistic wrought iron banisters and patio fencing. The views while enjoying wine and cheese on that patio will enchant you. Eclectic art fills the walls. The colors of Provence are everywhere. Excellent restaurants are in walking distance, a superb boulangerie is nearby for your morning croissants and a small grocery are all within easy walking distance. "

"Despite the somewhat turbulent weather conditions we had a pleasant stay in Lauris. The house was well-equipped and large enough to spend a rainy afternoon or two. Luckily we could also use the pool later that week, which was readily cleaned and set up when we asked for it, even though it was already late October. The house is somewhat outside Lauris, so expect to use the car for groceries etc."

Spacious, clean, and the communication with Francis was great, he is a very friendly and welcoming man. A lot of privacy on the property and the garden is completely sealed (great for dogs). "Das Haus liegt schön auf dem Land, allerdings umgeben von Landwirtschaft, was permanente Beschallung durch Maschinen bedeutet. Der Garten ist naturbelassen, bietet viel Platz und Schatten, eigentlich schön - leider auch ungepflegt. Nicht komplett eingezäunt, für Hundebesitzer etwas nervig da die Hunde des Nachbarn ständig vorm Haus auftauchen.
