« Great environment, and Hiram is a very friendly host. Our family of 4 has stayed at the "bridge cottage" (unit "109" out of 8 (?)) for 2 nights, in a very relaxing place (forest/pond/pool). We were looking for a place to rest between big cities' craziness and the cottage was a perfect fit. Wifi was terrible though, barely functional. As long as you don't mind an overall rustic/shabby feel, you'll probably have as good a time here as we did. Worth noting, Hiram answered all our questions really...

Harris was very helpful providing links for things to do in the area as well as quick to respond with any questions or concerns during the stay. Check-in was a breeze, appreciated plenty of linens available for all the creek swims with 2 kids. Plenty of firewood as well as an axe for our use. Tubes available on location to keep...

ESU is 1.5 miles away, Water Gap, golf, Poconos/other attractions are easily accessible by highway which is close as well. As others have mentioned house is close to a busy road. Overall spent a very pleasant 3 days and will definitely stay here again! »

« Had a fantastic time on a weekend getaway. Beautiful scenic property with fresh air, a starry night sky with a heavenly creek below. The view overlooking the mountain trees is beautiful with the sound of the melodic stream running below. House was very comfortable with amenities and supplies, though the beauty of the outdoors was so breathtaking we found we didnt much need many of the provisions (games, books, tv).
