« Beautiful house on Sprout lake, less than 1 min to the waters edge. The place was spotless, had all the nice little touches, and the only thing we needed to bring was our food. Owner was very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend this hidden gem as a romantic get away. »

« Our room at Painter’s Lodge had recently been upgraded with new paint, furniture and bathroom. It looked and seemed very pleasant. We requested a 2 Queen bed room but received a Family suite. The bed was very comfortable (it seemed brand new), but there was no mattress protector and the bottom sheet was a flat sheet with knots tied in the corners to keep it in-place! The set-up of the room is a bit strange. There are no chairs or couch in the room so the only place to sit is on the bed. ...
