« La chambre était correcte, le monsieur m’a remis les serviettes supplémentaires, les débarbouillettes, et changer les draps, ça c’était super. Ce qui est à améliorer est que quand je lui ai demandé quand est le déjeuner, c’est affiché de 6 am à 9 am en plus de me le dire. Au moment de notre départ la dernière journée, c’était fermé et j’ai appelé et il m’a dit que finalement ce serait à 7:30 am. Je n’avais pas le temps d’attendre de 6:30 a 7:30 sur quelque chose qui était supposé. J’étais déçu....

« L'hôtel est vieillissant. La climatisation dans le hall n'est sans doute pas bien réglé, condensation sur les vitres. L'accueil a été un peu froid. La chambre, était très sombre, peu de lampes fonctionnait. Par contre, la chambre était hyper spacieuse, nous étions 4\. Le parquet était glissant et sale (alors serait-ce la cire qu'ils appliquent? Mais ce n'est pas très agréable sous les pieds). La salle de bain un peu étroite et baignoire bouchée. Hôtel très bien placé par contre, nous y avons fait...

« Room was not what was advertised in the Expedia app. Oceanfront room was a view of palm trees and the hot tub full of drunks from the 1st floor. Couldn’t even use the balcony and it was the only reason I go to the beach. Staff said the room online is not the one you are promised. If that matters to you go to a different website and guarantee your room. »

« Room was generally fine, but tv had small blank spots on the screen. The real problem was the loud late check-in across the hall (1:30 am), followed by management having a loud discussion with them in the hall about their declined credit card at 2:15 am. Very inconsiderate! Pretty much ruined my night’s sleep. »
