Welcome to Irie Vibes!

Welcome to Irie Vibes!. Irie (eye-ree) is Jamaican English meaning the ultimate positive, joyful and happy, the way you feel when you have no worries.

Irie Vibes is located on the 4th row on Brunswick Ave. W. There is a private beach access 428 feet from the front door. We are also located 1/4 mile from the Holden Beach bridge and restaurants, ice cream, candy, coffee, bike/kayak rentals, a park and boat launch are just a walk or bike ride away. Holden Beach also has a small pavilion (also within walking distance) with live music during the summer.

Our renovated kitchen is fully stocked. In addition, we have new flooring, paint, beds and furniture. Irie Vibes has 4 bedrooms and a "play room" with 2 XL twin beds. Porches on the front and back of the home offer shelter and comfy seating., perfect after a long day of golf or playing on the beach! The outdoor shower is enclosed and has space for towels or wet clothes.

Our home is pet friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs. Only dogs- no other pets. Our pet fee is $250. Please report ALL pets on your reservation & pay the appropriate fee.

We had a security camera installed at the end of September 2022. This camera only monitors outside the front door. No cameras are inside the home or in the back yard.

Our favorite part of our home is the outdoor space, including a large pool (32 x 14) with decking, landscaping and fencing The pool can be heated March-May, September and October, weather permitting. NEW: There is a fee of $100 to add pool heat to your reservation during these months. If the temperature drops below 55 degrees, we will not be able to heat the pool. NO DOGS ALLOWED IN THE POOL! There is a picnic table and outdoor furniture along with extra covered space underneath the house and a bar with a 65" tv.

Spring break paradise

We had a great week at the beach! The house was perfect for our family. Short walk to the beach when we weren’t enjoying the pool! Perfect location with easy access to everything. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Amazingly wonderful beach home!

This is the best vacation home I have ever rented! Loved the beautiful decor, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, the huge pool and outdoor bar. The host was very prompt in communication.

Great location

The outdoor pool and bar area was by far our favorite. The rooms were spacious and served well for our family. I loved that they had pet amenities available (bowls, dog bed). It was a nice surprise.

The Perfect Island Get Away

Irie Vibes is like staying in a tropical paradise right in North Carolina. The location is quiet and the pool has room for your whole family. The house is stocked with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable and worry free as possible. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing beach house!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Irie Vibes, and it was just as wonderful as the first! A very well appointed and comfortable beach home with a beautiful large pool and a very short walk to the beach. Any questions or concerns we had were very quickly handled by the owners. Irie Vibes will always be our first choice when we come to Holden!

A little piece of paradise

We love Irie Vibes! This is our second stay and we can’t wait to come back! Lynn and Alan are the perfect hosts and the house has everything you need to feel at home. We spent most of our time by the the gorgeous pool area. It was the perfect getaway.

The Perfect Family Beach Week

Cannot say enough good things about Irie Vibes! Our family had the absolute best time! The outside area is perfect for the kids and adults- we could hardly keep the kids out of the pool! The location to the beach could not have been easier to access and the kitchen was well stocked and easy for everyone to move around! The owners were very responsive! 10/10 recommend!!

This is a wonderful property. Host are exceptional with quick responses. House is stocked with complete kitchen, including all spices. Garage equiped with a plethora of beach and pool chairs, umbrellas, floats and bar is awesome touch. Two great local restaurants on the island. We had a great vacation!

Ireie Vibes family vacation

We had such a great stay here! House was clean and well equipped. My family of 12 fit comfortably. Pool was clean and a good size and just a short walk to the beach. Owners are very nice and quick to respond. I cannot say enough good things, truly. We loved our time here and are looking forward to being able to stay again!

Irie Vibes Vacation

Another great week at Holden! New owners have added a bar and big screen tv in the garage pool side. Although we never used any of this area, can see that some would love to have this option. Always enjoy this home and pool and its close proximity to the beach.

Great get away

This house was just what we expected and needed. The pool area is perfect and we spent a lot of time down there! We loved the bar and all the pool toys, ping pong table, and floats. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking which we did almost every night. The walk to the beach was easy and short. Definitely would recommend Irie Vibes!!

Perfect place for our beach stay!

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. It’s close to the beach, had enough beds and room for my husband and I, and 4 teenagers, it was super clean, and had everything we needed to cook meals. The pool in the back was the icing on the beach trip cake! The owners are very responsive and when I reached out about my son and his friends arriving a couple hours before my husband and I, their response was “if you trust them, so do I!” I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking at Holden Beach and if we go back, we’ll definitely be searching up Irie Vibes to stay again!!

Perfect Location, Perfect House

We had another great stay at this property. Perfect fit for our multi-generational family! Easy walk to beach, restaurants, ice cream and even kids Turtle Time at town hall. Pool is amazing for a swim after the beach. Plenty of gathering space outside. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the plates & pots you need for a family meal. Outdoor shower and bathroom are clutch for wet & sandy little kids. This house feels like a home, not just a rental property! Looking forward to our next visit!

AMAZING beach house!

Alan & Lynnette’s place is the most well-equipped beach house we’ve ever stayed at, BY FAR. You can tell they really want their guests to feel like family - the place was stocked with dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, Kcup pods, hot chocolate, aloe Vera, sunscreen, the list goes ON. We paid it forward like they (and the last guests) did and replenished everything before we left for the next guests to enjoy. The house is also beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and the pool is LARGE, clean, and so fun to swim in! They truly have thought of everything. This one is a gem, folks! We’ve already booked our return visit for next year. Thanks, Alan and Lynnette!

Irie Vibes is a gem!

Irie Vibes was a gem! The house was exactly as described. We loved the ultra comfortable beds and convenience of one all the baths. The bedrooms are roomy with tons of closet space and room to walk around. The colorful kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans and utensils. There is a Keurig, coffee and teapots as well as a blender and microwave. Everything you could possibly need. The dinner dish sets was plentiful. The shower/ tub's were extremely clean. Plenty of outlets and nightlights. Loved the doggie outside station! Lots of extras for fur babies. Lynn thought of everything! We would highly recommend this property. Show your response

Great house and location

Well stocked kitchen as well as pool and beach supplies. Large pool. Pool heater worked well. My only suggestion would be to have the 'no dogs in the pool' rule in the property details so you know that before you get there.
