« We had a fantastic Easter holiday at Chris and Kathleen’s beautiful home. The house is so comfortable and had everything there that we could possibly need. Our kids loved the playroom and had so much fun playing with the toys there and the garden is gorgeous with balls and badminton etc in the garage that we we played out there. The location is perfect so close to Skibereen town only a couple of mins drive or it’s possible to walk. It’s close Baltimore and the beaches at tragumna and Tralispean...

« This property had it all. It was in a great location, close enough to small towns like Clonakilty and to Cork to reach easily, but far enough away to give it a country feel. The property manager is quite simply one of the nicest people you would ever want to meet and gave us some great pointers for getting around the area. The house was clean and had all of the amenities that were needed for us. A great stay all the way around! »

« Overall we had a great stay at Hydrangea House. We did get a bit cold as the heating went out but it was over a holiday week so there wasn't much that could be done. We did just fine. The house is comfortable and in a great country type setting. »

Das Duschen in der Badewanne war wirklich nicht einfach. Es war sehr eng und der Duschvorhang klebte ständig am Körper. Auch die Wassertemperatur in der Dusche und beim Waschbecken war nicht leicht zu regulieren. Für diesen Preis haben wir ein solches Bad nicht erwartet. « Great communication leading up to our arrival. Great advice on local area and futher afield. We took her advice - less can sometimes be more - and explored and enjoyed the local coastline and experieces to the full, ensuring we have to come back for more!! The fresh eggs and salmon kindly provided were a breakfast treat sitting out in the sunshine and later that evening enjoying our bottle of wine in the setting sun, what a glorious spot and lovely accomodation. »

« We had a wonderful week at Abbeyview House. It’s got a great location and vantage point, lovely gardens and probably one of the best equipped and amazingly refurbished homes we have stayed at. The rooms are way larger than what you see in the pictures and very well appointed. The kitchen is the absolute highlight of the house. Ted was the perfect host - very prompt and helpful. « Lovely space - enough for 7 of us with comfy beds and bathrooms. We cooked a bit, kitchen was completely adequate and stocked with needed items. Dining area was great for card games and meals. Pub(s) right around the corner, and small grocery store was perfect for our meals. Location was great to get to Cork and/or explore the southern area. Thank you to Nora for all her help & attention. We'll certainly stay again!! »

« Great space and lighting throughout. Comfortable and clean. Grouting and tiling in the bathroom upstairs needs a little attention and water pump to showers was a bit of a problem. »
