    "Attention! There was NO hot water during the whole of our stay! When I notified the hotel via a WhatsApp text, they told me that the boiler had broken down and they were going to fix it. When I spoke to the person at Reception, he said that a technician was going to come in the morning, but there was still no hot water. When I asked for compensation, I was told that they would get back to me, but they never did! Instead I kept on getting emails to rate my stay and/or to contact Costumer Service...."
