We booked a suite that was almost the same price as a regular room. We thought we were getting a steal from the pictures. However, the pictures reflect what the newer part of the hotel is. Our room was in the older part of the hotel. So, that's why there are a few "average" ratings on there. The room was very large and had the same furniture and decorations as the pictures, but it was clearly not the same rooms, or they were AI enhanced. I no longer feel we got a "steal" of a deal, but now that the pricing was appropriate for the older room we got. Our room faced the pool and you should know they blast music from about 10 am - 8 or 9 pm and you will hear it. The shower in our room smelled like sewer and the grout in the tile was not very clean. We showered in our shower shoes to be on the safe side. The casino does not ventilate smoke from smokers very well. If you spend any time in the casino you will likely smell like smoke. Other than that the pool was very nice, the staff is friendly and helpful, parts of the hotel are older but maintained, and I would say it's mostly clean. Hope this helps!
