The mini refrigerator was a great size and perfect for keeping snacks and food for our daily trips around Death Valley. The bed was comfortable, and I’m usually quite picky about beds. Unfortunately, our timing was not ideal, as the hotel had a scheduled 12-hour power outage from 4:00 a.m. to about 4:00 p.m. on March 10\. During that time, there was no electricity or Wi-Fi in the rooms, although Wi-Fi was available at the registration office. They schedule maintenance outages two or three times a year, so it may be worth checking ahead before reserving. That said, we were grateful for the convenience of staying inside the park and for the beautiful views of the Mesquite Dunes. We would definitely come back!"
