« Had to wait an hour to get a room, kept getting told our room was not ready yet. (Other people kept coming in and getting their room right away.) Frequently had to wait for a shuttle from the room, and sometimes they never showed up at all and had to walk. Once we got a room, (after waiting for an hour) the room was very nice and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly. would stay there again. »

« My wife and I celebrated our 23rd anniversary in this beautiful villa. The owner Chris is beyond helpful and so easy to work with! Everything listed is accurate and we used this location, along with a rental car, to explore St. Thomas and St. John (used the car barge). The villa was exceptionally clean and the view is breathtaking. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. »

« The room was dark and depressing and the second bedroom looked like a low rent apartment in Los Angeles. There was one, unremarkable restaurant at the hotel and no room service. Breakfast entailed walking across the property to a deli/mini mart that was akin to airport food (mostly grab and go). « 2h30 pour récupérer la clé de la chambre car après 18h il n’y a plus personne à l’office. Heureusement que expédia à un service irréprochable vis à vis du client. Comme il n’y a rien sur le site ou presque, il faut prévoir nourriture et boissons si on arrive tard et surtout le café du matin car au snack bar du site à 2$50 la petite tasse , ça reste vite en travers de la gorge. A part ces petits désagréments, le site et les chambres sont très correctes. »
