"Not worth the price . House slept 8, but it was not comfortable for 7 . The sectional couch was small , only fit 6 adults elbow to elbow. Ottoman coffee table was a mismatch , fall hazard, not enough room to walk between couch and coffee table . The oven was dirty and smoked up the kitchen every time we used it. Two bedrooms had sloping ceilings and we bumped our heads on them multiple times. The house was clean, but a bit dingy. The back yard was depressing. There was a dilapidated chicken coop, there was a broken deck board and overall the back yard was ugly. The kitchen table had damage, the kitchen chairs needed more foam and they sunk when you sat in them. There were a lot of cosmetic dings throughout the house. The shower handle fell off, the kitchen tile was stapled to the wall. Not enough living room seating. There was a weird office chair in the living room and a treadmill in the kitchen/ dining area. One of the bedroom TV’s did not work. The paint on the doors was uneven, There was some splatter on the back porch deck. The yard and backyard were somewhat unkept. The rugs in the bedroom were fall hazards and I slipped on one in the middle of the night. We travel a lot with at least 6 adults and this was by far the saddest, most uncomfortable VRBO we have ever stayed at. The house photos are deceiving . We took out garbage out and we followed the rules . The beds were comfortable , sheets and bedding were clean. The air conditioning and heat worked well, "

"We had a very pleasant stay at this property and would absolutely consider returning. The home was clean, bright, and very open, which made it comfortable to spend time in throughout the weekend. Everything was well-maintained, and the space had everything we needed for our stay, which made it easy to settle in right away.The location was easy to find, and the parking was convenient. One small thing to be aware of is that the mailbox sits fairly close to the driveway, so if you are pulling in two cars, it can be a little tight, and you may need to pull a mirror in to avoid it. It was not a problem once we noticed it, just something future guests may want to keep in mind.Inside, the rooms were very nice, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. Overall, the home felt welcoming and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We had a wonderful stay and appreciated how smooth and comfortable the experience was from arrival through departure."

"For the house sleeping 7, there is inadequate seating for dining and for lounging. We had a couple rainy days and it would have been nice to all sit on a couch and watch a movie together. The “couch” that was provided was broken or worn down on one side and made it uncomfortable. Two out of the three tv’s didn’t have remotes, and the hot tube was extremely over chemicaled. BUT, the house itself is great. Lots of excess tables and stuff, but the house itself was perfect for what we needed. And VIEW! Oh. My. Gosh! Beautiful! If the seating was addressed, this place would never be available. Oh and maybe use an unscented laundry detergent. For those of us sensitive to smells, it can be a bit overwhelming. "

"Place was very spacious and nice. The guest bathrooms fan was having a hard time but other than that we really enjoyed our stay there. Very great communication with the owners as well."

"Jacuzzi appeared dirty so we did not use it. There were several messes on the property. We were PROMISED a cleanup crew would come by, today, then tomorrow, then NEVER! They never did. It was the dirtiest place I have ever rented. Only 1 cue stick had a tip on it and it was VERY warped. The other 3 or 4 were ALL BROKEN! So I could not enjoy the pool table. Dirty dishes left out and a dirty floor was unswept. STAINED COUCH THAT I CLEANED. PREVIOUS LAUNDRY WAS LEFT OUT ."
