Winifred Beach (perhaps one of the best beaches in the island, keep it public) is about a 7 minute drive down a (pretty bad) side road a couple blocks over. The room was great for what I needed, a place to relax and sleep after a long day of driving. There wasn't an AC but it was cool enough that the fan was more than sufficient. The area is quite lush so the occasional bug should be expected. Bed was comfortable enough, the shower was great. The breakfast was good, I opted for a light breakfast of fresh fruit and toast with tea and OJ - the other option was eggs Benedict, which is great but I'm not a fan of runny eggs and didn't want to cause any extra work, though I have no doubt they would have been glad to oblige. "Breakfast included" is literally the best amenity haha. Great place, will stay again without a doubt, especially given the proximity to be the beach."
