When I addressed the issue with the front desk in person, I was met with the « quiet hours start at 10 » response, and was verbally attacked by one of the adults accompanying some of the children, visibly inebriated, for allegedly scolding the kids (I had only asked them to stop and to tell me where I could find an adult). I basically paid to have a disturbed night with no effort to resolve the matter either at the time of the issue nor the next morning when I checked out. I have reached out to hotel management with no response a week later.
